Digital Product Delivery


Customers can add digital products to their carts and go to check out in the same manner as if it were ordinary products.

  • After the order, containing such a product, has been processed and paid our Store sends an email notification with the download link to the customer.
  • The customer can download the product from the order details.
  • Download links are provided for the purchasing customer only and exclude permission for sharing with other users.
  • The download link is available for 72 hours.
  • The number of times a customer can download a file is 3 times only.
  • A paused file download will decrease available downloads by 1 time.
  • When a customer resumes downloading a paused file, his/her browser will start downloading the whole file again.

Refunds


We have made every effort to explain our digital products, the benefits of using them and to very accurately present them in entirety. Since it's not possible for you to physically return our digital products and since you can clearly see what you are buying, we hope refunds for digital products are not needed. However, we buy products and services on the internet too and know what good customer service is about. So, if you are dissatisfied or have accidentally purchased a digital product, please get in touch with us within 30 days for a refund. We will ask and trust you to delete your digital downloads immediately. All non-digital products may be returned in unused condition and in their original packaging. The return shipping and insurance for non-digital products is your responsibility as are the original shipping charges. Our goal is to “make better hospice” and we want to help you and your organization do the same.
